What was the highlight of Lords Hotel
Good value, easy bus ride to Piccadilly Circus, plenty of cafes and restaurants in locality.
Excellent location, extremely clean room and bathroom, looked as if recently refurbished. Adequate storage for short stay. Breakfast fine, freshly made hot toast, basic but extras available for a reasonable price. Friendly staff, even if not speaking much English.
No tea and coffee making facilities in rooms. Squeaky metal beds.

Brilliant service!
A lovely property and lovely staff who were friendly and attentive. The service was brilliant, I had fresh towels and also the room was cleaned daily which was lovely.
The bed was too squeaky and stopped a lot of sleep, this can be a issue for most but luckily I can cope with little sleep.

Perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again.
Amazing location, a short walk to the Bayswater station and up to Hyde Park. Short walk to Paddington and Notting Hill. Nice block of shops for bars and restaurants, laundry matt, and snacks. We loved the location. Nice to have breakfast included. The room was small (small room with a queen bed, bunk beds, and an ensuite. No kitchen or fridge), but met our expectations and was perfect for what we needed. We absolutely loved our stay. It gave us a good taste of living in London. We would definitely stay again.
This was not a problem for us, but there were a lot of stairs to climb to our room which could impact some people's ability to access the room.

Clean and a good check in. Location was nice and quiet
English breakfast was extra. Heard other people complain. Needs to be stated by Booking.com that only continental is free.
